Transmission shaft accessories refer to various accessories required to form the transmission shaft, among which the main transmission shaft accessories are universal joint, shaft sleeve and telescopic sleeve.

1. Shaft sleeve: it is designed to reduce the friction and wear during shaft movement. Its basic purpose is the same as that of bearing. Moreover, it is relatively cheap, but the friction resistance is large, so it will only be used on some parts.

2. Universal joint: it is generally composed of cross shaft, cross bearing and flange fork. It is mainly to ensure the change of the included angle between the output shaft of the transmission and the input shaft of the drive axle, and realize the constant angular speed transmission of the two shafts.

3. Expansion sleeve: the transmission shaft expansion sleeve of traditional structure is to weld the spline sleeve with the flange fork and weld the spline shaft on the transmission shaft tube. The new transmission shaft changes the traditional structure, welds the spline sleeve and the transmission shaft tube into a whole, and makes the spline shaft and the flange fork into a whole. The rectangular tooth spline is changed into involute short tooth spline with large pressure angle, which not only increases the strength, but also facilitates extrusion forming, and meets the needs of high torque working conditions.
